odd truck with cummins needs more power

odd truck with cummins needs more power
hello folks
new to bombers site i have a 98 ford f800 with a cummins i use 2 pull my travel trailer an stock trailer with that needs more torque for pulling can some of you point me to somethings to help out i do not know it parts for the 3500 trucks will work on my truck as it is a med duty ford .
