i read where someone was doin the block in 20 min well id love to meet this man hes a freakin super hero, once i got to the egr to block it i was atleast 20 to 30 min at this point. anyway i got the job finished with good help an one strong friend to break the dang nuts loose on back side. its running much better could notice immediatly smokes a lil more and egts rised about 100 degrees. my egr valve was caked with soot could only imagine what one with 50k would look like.

 

They get nasty build up Eh? We Modded the blocker plate just a lil so it would slip in a bit easier. But ya there a

 

u got that right there something you want to have plenty of time on your hands before you tackle, i would probly tell anyone that was goin to tackle it to have alot of patience cuz it tested all of ours that nite
