money for it? does everybody just sue everybody? guess its a easy way to get $. seems rediculous so me personally. but according to our law he is entitled to it.

 

Really? Thats his picture of HIS truck that HE owns. Its not like all the other dumb lawsuits out there like mcdonalds made my kid fat ect. That is his property and anyone running a legit business should know better than to take random pictures off the internet. They should have done it the correct way and payed for the pictures in the first place.

This is where your wrong , Ford own's the likeness of there vehicles , i have talked to there law firm .

you cant even hand draw a ford and sell it with out ford getting there cut , same for shadows ect...

you may own your truck but its a trademark of ford and you cannot legally sell photos of it in any manner even if its heavily modified it don't matter

Ford and Gm have the same law firm

 

Whats funny is the fact the fact that the site is about powerstroke diesels and that truck has a cummins in it. It even has a big C on the grill.
