Hey guys/gals, i was wondering if anyone had ever tried to stick a 02-03 cummins intercooler in one of these trucks. Found a cheap one and was just wondering if it was even possible. thanks in advance

 

IIRC it is very possible. i think (i've never tried this so this is hearsay) you have to use the radiator and all out of the intercooled truck for everything to fit better. also you will need the intake "y" pipe off the intercooled truck and intercooler pipes for a close to plug and play setup. if not there is alot of custom parts that you need to make to get it to work right.

the stock 6.0L intercooler is suppose to be better than the stock 7.3 one.

 

i have a stock 7.3 intercooler in it. the 6.0 intercooler is about 30% larger.

 

i have 2 owf250 trucks a 95&a 94 does anyone know where i can find injectors for the 7.3 that are cheaper than $310 each

 

injectors are not something you want to go cheap on. buy from a well known builder.
