So I finally get my Livewire and it wont support my vin when I plug it into my truck.So I then update firmware and go to update tune revision and it get half way through and says "invalid block write id" does anyone no what this means

SCT is going to fix it for me they said this happens once in awhile.

 

Sorry I dont know the answer to this, but your best bet is to call SCT directly, they're VERY helpful with customer service. Let us know how you make out so others don't end up with the same issue!

 

had what i think is the same problem with my livewire. they sent me a fix file that u have to load onto it. easy 10 min fix. hardest part of it was listening to the hold music...

 

SCT did a remote connect and fixed it in 10 minutes

 

Do you still have the email where you could send it to my email so i can fix mine i just got my programmer 2 days ago and it has this same problem!

 

i dont have it...i did it at the shop where i bought my programmer. alls u have to do is call sct and they will tell ya how to do it step by step

 

whats the hp and torque increase with the sct? i have bully dog triple dog gt but think i want more than 120 and 240, thats what they claim anyway.

 

I hav the livewire sct on my 06 F350 and on the performance tune it says it adds 120hp and 248tq..
it made a day and night diff in my truck!
I got a airaid intake, egr delete kit, FICM upgrade and MBRP 5in straight pipe (sounds great)

 

The key to the SCT is to get custom tunes. With custom tuning, you will be ahead of anything Bullydog offers no questions asked, oh and your transmission will thank you!
