Default Turbo

Hello all, I am in the process of replacing the three soft or freeze plugs on the right side of the engine which requires me to remove the exhaust manifold, turbo and the tranny heat exchanger.. Ok my question is which three piece exhaust manifold, turbo, should I replace the stock with?... I am looking at going from a 4" off from the turbo to a 5" back and my goal is to get to 400-500HP, to date I have a HTS tranny, 4000 gov. springs, new intercooler boots, and a #0 fuel plate.. I know I will need delivery valves and injectors but, that will come in time... any input is greatly appreciated thanks

No heavy towing just a jeep, I plow my own and a few neighbors, pretty much a daily fun spinning the tires from time to time truck.
