Just wondering if anyone may know someone that can do the headstud replacement here in North Carolina between boone and hickory.

when I do the headstuds I want to do a egr delete is this legal here in NC?

Depends on your emissions check in your county.

call or search the DMV website, It depends on which county you live in.
