Code explanation please
My truck threw it's first code today while in HOT,and accelerating very hard. ( 07 6.7, EGR, DPF deleted, 5" TBE, blackmaxx, fuel rail plug, and S&B intake.
The code is P0106 - Manifold absolute pressure. It cleared itself within 10 minutes, just wondering exactly what it means. Too much boost? Thanks.

clean the heater grid the EGR builds soot up badly in the intake path, and the heater grid is right in the path...
also make sure that your map sensor is good and clean also, carb cleaner and a tooth brush real easy and softly bushing it and spray clean
May just need a new sensor
