I,m posting for a friend that has just bought a 04 durmax with a 6.6 and wants to do some power upgrades that won,t hurt the tranny exhaust is the first then gauges. Does any body have an idea for a good programmer or tuner box that best fits this truck, will be doing some light trailer towing with this truck thanks for any help you can give. P S a four speed auto trany thank you

 

I have the ppe economy programmer and think its awesome! it only has 3 settings but anything more the 120 for a stock tranny is asking for trouble IMO.

any chip or tuner that you see on tv works well. i have a bullydog and a hypertech laying around in the back seat of my truck

 

Best out of the box tuner is the PPE.
