Pinging sound at 65 MPH

Pinging sound at 65 MPH
I'm new to the Cummins diesel. My 2002 Dodge 3/4 ton makes a pinging sound when I am established at 63 to 65 MPH. Any faster or any slower, or when accelerating through 63-65 MPH, I don't hear the sound. Any ideas? Is this normal? Thanks.
