Skid Plates?
Anybody build one to protect the radiators?
Pictures of how you mounted it?
What material and what size of metal you used?
Thanks.
Just smashed my power steering fluid cooler and put a whole in my radiator due to a trailer tongue

nyways id like to know also... are you thinkin like the skid plates that pre-runners have? cause id like to make somethin like that..... it would look awsome and protect the bottom engine compartment

I am talking one that attaches to the bumper and protects the Radiators like a prerunner, similar to so

The Truck slid down a hill 2 feet into the trailer I had parked there a week earlier, the tongue went right under the bumper into the radiator
. A new Radiator from Dodge is $850 +
. I can build a skid plate for cheaper I assume in case it ever tries to happen again. And it would look cool.

Maybe like this one also, they Just don't make one for 08 dodges
