Default 19.5 All Terrain Tires

Sometime before next winter I'm gonna have to put new rubber on this truck. I'm runnin Hancooks right now and they're fine for street use but turn into slicks as soon as I pull off the road. Gettin old bein stuck in a truck this big.

My other question is what can you do with these old ones. I know places will by them for cores but where do I find these place.
