Question Blue Smoke & Rough Idle at start up

Ok guys I just noticed this problem this winter. When I first crank it up it has a lite haze of blue smoke mixed with black smoke and the idle is rough. After the truck warms up and i drive it it doesnt do it at all. The truck only has 169,000 on it and is not heavily modified. I have an 100 plate all the way forward and afc slid forward as well. It also is straight piped with a 6" stack. It runs fine with no loss of power I am just concerned with the blue smoke on startup. Could this be a sticking injector or something? My valve cover gaskets are all leaking as well.. Should I be worried? I have a 93 12v with almost the same miles and it doesnt do it at all.

Its hard to tell.. My valve covers are leaking but it doesnt seem to be using any oil. Im not sure exactly whats going on with it. I was thinking maybe I could have a bad injector or somethin. But if it was the injector it wouldnt be light blue smoke.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

Could be a leaky valve seal that drips into the cylinder when the truck is off. That could give you a little bit of blue smoke during startup. If it's not using oil, and it clears up after a bit, I wouldn't be too worried about it.

X2 i wouldnt be to troubled by it untill you notice it starts to use oils but then again that might not even be the case it could be white smoke thats just cold unburnt fuel untill the truck warms up which is nothing to worry about either
