2006 5.9l, Edge Juice+Attitude, S&B CAI, 5" straight pipe. Wasn't getting much smoke with that set up, so I was advised to upgrade lift pump. Put in a new PPE 160gph 12psi pump, but still no substantial smoke like other's have. Any advice?

 

Injectors? Smoke switch?

 

Neither. But my buddy has a half the upgrades I do, and he has twice the smoke. Just wondering if I have something failing, or something else.

 

something is not working properly. The higher the setting on the programmer the more smoke usually. As is the case with mine. I just have to look out for the cops I don't want a ticket.

 

Automatic? If it is I bet you are slipping it and it's not puttin a load on the truck.

make sure your edge is set to most responsive and not least

 

Check your connections..... The EJWA should blow some smoke.

 

im in the same boat as you. '03 dodge with the edge juice w/ attitude and its not very impressive. is the S&B cai worth the buy??
