My throttle pedal wont go past half way. Is it the injetion pump or what, when go to pinn it it the pedal will only go half throttle then stop unless i really push on the pedal it will go past that one spot and run fine. Can someone tell me whats wrong with it?
truck is a 1997 cummins.

 

try revving it through the throttle on the pump, if that runs fine, i would say check for kinks/damages in your linkage

 

Sounds like lincage or cable problem.

 

Sounds like a linkage problem, if you recently replaced your TPS sensor check and make sure you put it on the right way, also dodge has a recall on the throttle linkage cable, i dunno if you ever had that done, if not look into it!
