have a 2005 f250 .. on the passenger side i broke the orange plastic cover on the side mirror and ford only sells the cover assy because its all one piece . has anyone poped the cover off too replace it or is it harder then that ???the mirrors are manual not auto...

 

go to a junk yard and see if they have anything for you? or get some lights from RECON, they have orange, smoke, or clear LED ones, they are really nice

hey lange....went out and the lights pop out once u take the cover off...ford said it was all one piece thats bull....thanks for the tip ordering some smoke ones tomarrow...$99 for both sides ford wanted $165.00 each side....ya right...

 

ha ya they try and screw you any chance they get, thats why when something goes out in my truck if they make a better one i get it , not a big fan of the dealerships
