4BT Roosa master pump mods?

hey guys, i have a friend who has a 4BT in a late 80s ford ranger with a roosa master pump, he recently put a turbo on it since it was a N/A engine and he would like to increase the fuel to help compensate for the extra air of the turbo.

Does anyone here have a complete rundown of how to tweak a roosa master pump on a 4BT?

If I'm not mistaken, there is an internal screw that can be adjusted, kind of like the pumps on the old 6.9/7.3 IDI Navistar diesels. Other than that, I'm not really sure...I could be wrong though...
