Default Cooling Problems

Hi i have an issue not sure of so here goes. I have air getting into my coolant system. Truck has never run hot or gave any issues. Have always towed in tow haul setting running a dpf eliminator kit with the xtr tuner. have to bleed of air pressure regularly. sometimes it pushes the water out the overflow jug. seems to be getting worse.

Next question if i take it to the dealer with the dpf elimator kit on it will it cancel the warranty.

the truck in question is a 2007.5 .....6.7 cummins diesel.....megacab dulie ....4x4
any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks
kevin

Warranty will be determined by your dealer. Some will some won't.

Sounds like a head gasket to be honest..

Still have all of your factory stuff? Put it back on and hope for the best. No? I know every dealer around here will not cover anything motor related. Wanna play ya gotta pay... Good luck

I would remove it now!! The dealers are looking for ways to not do warranty work!

I have a 2007 3500 dodge 6.7 cummins. I have been having trouble out of the cooling system. The water seems to be back flowing from the radiator back into the reserve tank. What could be causing this problem?
