Default new truck

Hey guys I got me a new truck again. Its a 95 2500 4x4.it needs a little work but I got it for a steal. It needs a new rear main seal. My question is has anyone done one?,what am I looking at as far as work and time wise. Thanks guys

u have to pull the trans out. after that, its not to hard. got to loosen up the oil pan and and take the bolts out, and pull it off. good luck with it

Can you get the oil pan off with the cross member still in place?

if its the way i think it is you only have to loosen it and lower it down just to be able to get the seal out you don't have to completely take it out of the truck.
