Something on my truck is making a viberating noise it is coming from some where near the transmission i don't think it is the trans because it shifts fine and it has to be something that has to do with the trans because it only does it when it gets to about 35 mph and up it has oil and it sounds like it is coming from the clutch area but it still does it when i push in the clutch and take it out of gear.

sounds like it could be the throw out bearing.

I had something very similar last summer. A cross member had broken loose and was causing the vibration. I could feel it in the bench seat when I got up and over about 50 mph. (hold the jokes, guys. It wasn't that good.)
Joey is right about those exhaust straps but that's an easy fix. Also, during my vibration episode, I lost a diesel tank strap.
Nearly every time I get under my truck, I end up repairing something.
