Default Turbo shoppin

So I'm kinda shoppin around for turbos tryin to get some things planned out in advance... I got everything in my sig and just put my airdog in lastnight and pretty soon I'll be gettin 90hp nozzles and an arsonIII kit so imtryin to figure out what turbo I'm gonna go with... I was lookin at gettin either a phatshaft 62 or a phatshaft 64 from industrial And thinkin about goin with a 14cm exhaust side... Am I goin in the right direction with this? I was also lookin at htt htb2 street stock 62 with a 13cm exhaust.... Any input on which way to go or a better suggestion?

The HTT 64/71/13ss or Super Phat Shaft 64 will work just fine. Down the road they can also be used in a set of twins.

The 66 is a little laggy unless your running alot of fuel.

If the 66 pulled harder and had lower egt's then why did you switch to the Special?

the 66 just didnt tow very good, with the car hauler on i found that it was to much,it would boost coast then start again, surge, not happy towing heavy.the trip i just took with the b special was really good, towed great egts stayed in chk, chasing the p0299 coad but it is either my map sensor or i think the intercooler is pooched, good old plastic tanks on the 05s, will keep you posted gonna work on it tommorow the map would be a nice fix but im bettin on the crappy cooler
