i have a 89 f450 that some exhaust leaks including a rusted out muffler and y pipe where the pass. and driver side pipes meet. I was wondering if i could put 4" on it and no muffler maybe run it out just in front of the rear duals. Its not a turboed engine if that matters.

 

I don't see why you couldn't do that it will make it alot louder

 

yea man, i cut the muffler and cat outta mine and it was gross loud

 

i like them short and loud as hell.
