It doesn't say anything about the tranny at all but it does say it is eligible for a 100,000 mile extended parts and service agreement.....whatever that means? I guess what really has me worried is the 4500 rpm limit...but then maybe these motors are comfortable spinning that man r's. But i thought to spin that fast you would need some stiffer valve springs? heres the link

All that the 4500trip means is that the factory speed limiter has been programmed out. As in all things. Do you stand on the corner..... watching someone blow smoke, make A bunch of noise, And think to yourself... Self..... That could be my truck.... If you want that truck... There are only two sides to this. #1 You are gonna build that truck. Or #2 you are gonna buy that truck. So if you are gonna be the driver of A smoke spewing monster. Who do you want to be... The guy that spends all the money on cranking it up and knowing every detail of what happened to it from when it rolled off the floor and you abused and tested everything you put on it. So that when things go wrong you know when you pushed it. And what is excusable. Or you can be #2 with all of those things already in it. But buying it cheaper then you can build it. Not knowing what has been done to the truck. But knowing it has all the things you were looking for when you were standing there watching the first one go by. Personally. I would rather build it. Then you know how hard it has been tested. Everyone that knows me.... Knows one thing. I have the baddest truck around.... And you don't want it when I am ready to sell it. Build your own from stock...... Or you are taking some major chances.... Buy A used stock truck cheap, and then spend the difference on building it and abusing it. With the fifty left in Warranty........? If it covers all major components with everything that it has on it. Then would try it.

Rhino.

Thats the kinda pep talk i needed! I would rather build the truck myself even though it would take years to get it to that caliber. Its just a good feeling to look at something and be able to say i did it! Thanks Rhino

I bought a truck from that dealer a couple months ago the don't even know what they have for trucks they just buy and sell as fast as they can. Bought a mega cab dually from them with a edge programer didn't say anything about the other mods the factory could have voided my warranty already for all I know
