Default belt tensioner

what is the best way to get the belt tenionsor off of an 07. the pulley is shot with only 27,000 miles on it. where can i get the pulley from.

The tensioner is serviced as an entire unit. You can pick one up from a parts store for around $90, and it'll have a metal pulley.
