Default xenon bulbs

Hello everyone;

Quick question, these xenon replacement bulbs you can buy in the aftermarket shops, are they worth it over a regular halogen and is there any concern with melting your factory headlight pots? The reason I ask is I heard from someone they are a higher wattage and therefore burn brighter. I havn't researched or looked into it much, just wondered if it was even worth it before I started looking. Thanks!

Cheers!

what you really want is an HID conversion kit. go to ebay and type in the search box, "hid kit conversion"

Get the Sylvania Silver Star Ultra 2's. They're AWESOME, and you don't have to add a bunch of crap, like the HID's require. Just swap out the old bulbs.

The silver star series bulbs are bad ***, be careful if you look at HID conversions because they will melt some headlight pots!
