Default quadzilla adr fuel sender

ok i took my fuel sender off today as it was not working and took it back to my quad dealer to have it sent back but know on my adr pod on the fuel pressure it seems to be working or at least showing number that seem to be inline with what fuel pressure i should be running but i have no sending unit so my yellow wire is just rolled up my question is could my adr box be reading fuel pressure signals from my trucks computer? at idle its showing 10,12,15 psi and at wot its showing 18,19,21,and even 26 and all i have right now running fuel related is a dodge oem intank pump and a dodge oem lift pump could the fuel pressure be working through my trucks computer has anyone ever had this happen and also when i took the sending untit off i stopped getting the pop at wot and it seems to be fueling harder with a new banjo in it they put an aftermarket banjo in it with a bigger flow path any ideas?

The computer doesnt read fuel pressure. Its probably just reading a phantom #.
