So my boss bought the old backhoe I was borrowing from my father in law and now the bendix on the starter came apart all the plastic crap just broke and fell on the ground. Where do I find something like this everyone in town kind of laughs at me. Even the only diesel shop in town. It's a full size construction king front loader with backhoe attachment. thanks

In your area you can't find anyone to rebuild it? I replaced a starter from a 974 bobcat (old and big) with a starter that I got at an auto parts store. I even got a lifetime warranty on it ,it was to replace a chevy 350. The motor was a Perkins in the machine and it worked great until I sold the tractor 2 years later.
