Default changing return fuel orings

I got them all changed but the first cylinder by the fuel filter I can't get the fuel line broke loose without twisting off the fuel line, so I tried to heat it a little with propane heat and I didn't realize there was a plastic piece other than the return piece and it started melting. question is what is that piece the rest of the injectors do not have and what is it called to I can get another and how do I get the fuel line broke loose without twisting the fuel line off?

thanks

I'm not sure what the purpose of that plastic sleeve is. I forgot to put it back on when I changed my o-rings. Have you tried soaking the connection with PB blaster?

I did and I got it broke loose with a backup. I don't think the plastic is crucial.

Thanks
