wont start when engine warm

wont start when engine warm
so i found a couple threads on this but nothing satisfying
2005 Ford Excursion eddie bauer model
6.0 diesel 60k miles
when i drive the truck then go say to the grocery store and come back within 10-30 minutes when engine still warm it will not start, i heard a bunch of stuff from engine being flooded to hpop gone bad. i also heard i can just just disconnect IPC valve the sensor and reconnect it and it may fix my problem.
first question is where is the IPC valve the sensor so i can see if its a easy fix
and second is anyone with this issue that fixed it? and what you did to fix it?
