I have an 05 6.0 with an intake programmer and 4 inch straight pipe from turbo back and my truck won't blow out a single puff of black smoke... can anyone tell me why??

Well, first off what tuner? Does the truck feel like its making power? Second, without aggressive custom tuning, you really don't get alot of smoke out of 6.0 trucks with stock injectors. Thats a good thing, black smoke is wasted fuel. Your turbo is spooling up fast enough that you don't have an excessive amount of fuel.

I would make sure you stud that motor before you push it too hard.

Edge juice platinum... i have only ran it hard on level 3 and semi hard on 5 because i am aware of the head stud problems.. and oh yes she puts out the power when the turbo hits it'll set you back in the seat pushin 8 inch lift and 36's.... when my turbo hits a certain point i think its around like 18 PSI when im pushin it hard it goes from a whistle soound to another soound thats hard to explain... its kinda like a high pitch hum sound i guess?? is that good or bad?? it sounds aweome to me but i don''t know all that about deisels....

Thanks for all your input nut

never had a dyno put on but with all the mods i did to it adding all the horsepower gain up shoulda been around 650, but ya cant always believe the horsepower the seller of each product says, so i would guess realisticly around 550 600 maybe? couldnt tell ya 100 percent.
