Default dtt shift enhancer blinking

i have a dtt shift enhancer and sometimes when i beep the horn or slow down and turn the blinkers on, the shift enhancer blinks for a couple seconds. Its been doing this for a while i kinda checked connections and called stephan but it still does it. Anybody else have this problem or know the fix? also get codes p1749 and p1750 sometimes when unplug the enhanser and put the plug in it... testing things out.
