Default Opinions on which engine to build

ok I am looking to build a DD with 1000hp. the 1000hp will be with nitrous. I want it to be streetable but still be a monster.

I originally wanted to build up a 12V but one of the guys on here told me to get a 5.9CR.

So I decided to ask around and see which would be best.

12V, 24V, or 24V CR. it will be a twin turbo used for a daily driver, some pulling and some racing.

Thanks for yalls .02 in advance

depends if you want mechanical injection or electronic... anyhow it's between a 12v and cr the vp will not handle it. I would go 12v myself you can get 1000 on fuel alone

yea Ive been talkin to the 12V guys and they have got me thinking a CR is my best bet now. I still want it to be streetable and the ability to just turn down the tuning would be exactly what I need. oh and its already been dropped in the hp range to like 7-800 now without nitrous.

Even with 7-800 and the ability to turn it down with electronics, you are gonna want a bigger truck than a bronco. To say it would be hard to handle on the street would be a gross understatement.

yea but its still the project that I want to build. Since its gonna be nothing but the body of the Bronco on a shortened one ton or 3/4 ton fram with a sick suspension. I might have to do a full 4 link to try and keep some of the power to the ground.

and people have had big power broncos and ran them on the street just fine. not trying to stir anything up this is just a project that I want to do. to each his/her own. right?

Sorry Im done bein an ***. I have always wanted my Bronco to be a diesel. chevy had their 6.2 or 6.5 blazers so I wouldnt think the Bronco would be much different, except that itll have a ton of power on tap ha.

yeah but the big hp broncos don't have the 1400-2000 ftlbs of tq behind them. I know a few people that street their big hp trucks all the time. diesel power challenge 08 winner used the truck to move his house and shop with. it's all in how you drive it.

yea I dont plan on driving like an idiot. I dont usually drive like a moron. Im pretty laid back when I drive and I dont pull anything.

I do occasionally hit the skinny pedal for a lil quick ride but nothin to get in too much trouble.

Exactly to each his own....

To me, it would be much more user friendly and higher on the cool scale were it a strong running 4bt in there, JMHO

yea a 4bt has been done alot though. a high hp CR in a Bronco hasnt been done though. I thought about the 4bt but then I decided I wanted more power, even though I have seen them push 400+ but when its that high there aint much streetablility.
