Default 02 Super Duty running lights wont shut off!

Hi folks! I have an 02 SD 350 and the running lights wont shut off. I have to go under the hood and disconnect the battery on the drivers side to get the warning buzzer and lights off. I have checked all the fuses and even pulled the DRL fuse and they still light up. What am I missing?

Does the switch go bad internally? I disconnected it, cleaned the contacts and it still does it. Where is the haedlight module located?

It's the same thing as the switch. If it's one you can tear apart, you might be able to sand the contacts on the inside. More than likely welded themselves together. If not, check out the parts stores or Ford for a new switch.
