Default 1,000,000 mile engines

I want to know if a Cummins or Ford diesel is capable of a million mile before reringing engine. If a OM 616 can do it,why not U.S. diesels.
I plan on purchasing a truck soon.
Also if you have a Camper top,can you run stacks.

I would say I have run across atleast 6 or 7 1 million mile plus Dodge cummins on original engines. But I have never seen it on a Duramax or ford.

There's a lot a Cummins trucks on the road with a million miles on em and still factory motor. You just won't find them on this type of site cause they are mostly hotshot truckers that are livin on the road and they don't want their trucks bombed. They have to be able to have their trucks worked on at any shop along the way and be nothin but dependable and those two factors don't don't mix well with Bombin your truck for more power, smoke and fun.
