Is there anyone in the Denton/Fort Worth TX area with a smarty? I built the high idle switches and now i just need to get reflashed. The tag says it was made 6/2002 so I figured it would have the high idle software already but I guess not.

 

how do you build the high idle switches? i have an edge stacked with a smarty and the combo works on every level, but if i put the edge on 6 and the smarty on 8 (no timing) it cuts out a little before half throttle and it throws and intake air temp code. it works fine on every other level

 

theres a couple of threads on here that cover how to build them. there are several different ways to do it. one is to fool the IAT sensor and ECT sensor, the other is to use the APPS.
