now i have been werking on superduties for a while and know there is a differenct between an early and late 6.0 turbo but what about the down pipe

I am looking for a new turbo back exhaust set up for my 6.0 and found a set up for cheap but says its for a 2003 and 2004 6.0....

my question is..... is there a difference in the down pipe from 04 to 05.....

i have never tried to swap the two but they look very much the same but are they.....

 

When I ordered my MBRP setup, it states it fits 03-07 trucks and it came with a downpipe too...

 

i know but i found a dual set up for under 300 but it says 03 and 04 so wat gives??

i dunno if there is a clearance thing for the downpipe against the cab or wat but most are for a 6.0 from 03 to 07 like you said.....

 

I've had the downpipe on and off of my 06 and my buddies 04 and I dont remember anything being different, but I cant say for sure... this is the first time I've heard about them being different!?

 

When I ordered my mbrp turbo back staight pipe it was for 03-07. Looking at my friends 03 there is a resonator or something under the pass side floor. Maybe there is a difference in some kits that are keeping all emissions stuff?
