Default 03 Ford 6.0- idles bad/shakes bad @ 40+mph

I have a 2003 Ford F-250 6.0 Litre Powerstroke. I dont have any modifications to the truck other than a 6" lift kit and bigger tires and wheels.

My problem is this:

I was driving hom last night and all of a sudden at a stop light I noticed the truck idling very weird like it almost wanted to die. Then once i got to around 45 or so mph the truck started shaking/bucking real bad. I have never had this happen before. Total loss of power. Any ideas of what it may be. The check engine light is NOT on. I had the EGR changed out 1 year ago, I had the ICP sensor changed out about 6 months ago, and I had the MAF sensor changed out about 6 months ago as well.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Joe

Are you getting any degas residue on the degas bottle?
