Default 285/70/17's or 315/70/17s

I really would like to upgrade tire size, but utilize factory 17" wheels. Not much for pic's out there of a 2008 CTD with 285/70/17 mud terrains that i can find. I'll go so far as to level the truck but not interested in lifting it, so my questions are: Will the 315/70/17 rub with a leveling kit? Will I need to get fender flares? Will I be able to compensate/adjust the transmisison and speedometer with a programmer on the new 2008 automatic 6 speed? Any pictures out there?

no pictuers, but a leveling kit should clear the 315s. a smarty or a tire calibrator should work
