Smarty Chips or Edge Juice with attitude

Smarty Chips or Edge Juice with attitude
When i first bout my 99 cummins it already has a edge juice with attitude chip in it alot of my friends say i should get a smarty chip to put in it but not sure if it will be a good idea or not. If anyone has a smarty chip in there truck or anyone that knows which one would be better please let me know thanks

The smarty will only make roughly 65 RWHP while the edge will make 120+.
The edge also includes your gauges and is basicly the same thing as a Comp box.
Comp boxes are capable of over 600 RWHP on fuel only and 800 RWHP on nitrous.
The smarty is great on a big charger truck, that needs the low end fueling and map that the smarty produces to shorten the turbo lag.
