You should fill out your signature so everyone knows what you have. I am guessing a 2nd gen Dodge from the VP44 bit. First thing you need if you don't have already is gauges, and a fuel pressure gauge first and foremost. Then an aftermarket lift pump if you do not already have one. Then I would say that you are going to be severely limited as to what you can do unless you already have a built tranny. I would suggest a chip such as an Edge or possibly an Adrenaline from Quad. Hard to say much more without knowing the specifics.

EDGE DRAG/HoT COMP fuel box, 4inch turbo back, AFe filter and a aftermarket lift pump... Dont forget gauges.

If your tranny is built, I'd say a chip and some injectors (100 horse or so). If not, just a chip and careful about turning it up too much or the tranny will suffer...
