hp my guess at the wheels should be around 240.
the bad part about the 24 valves, is there mechanical, so needs programmers or injectors to make any performance.

i agree with ed if you can get an edge or an adrinaline progreammer you can also get nozzles for cheaper than injectors so good luck with the bombing

CAREFUL WITH THAT AUTO TRANNY!! If you already bought it, make sure it is shifting right, change the fluid and filter as a start. If you havent bought it, ask if the guy swapped it out already and if so, what he put in. The 47RE has had a bad rep with dying when you start pushing higher than stock HP

If it were me id get a set of gauges then pay some attention to the tranny. A torque converter and a valve body at the least that is if your clutches are still in good shape and probably a billet input . Then better chip, injectors, turbo, list goes on and on

i am making about 325 or so and have a tripple disk tq converter and rip 2nd gear out of the stock trans. an upgrade in that area would be a must.

The tranny is about the most expensive mod but it is definately worth it when you have it done!

Oh god no! With the mods these guys are talking about they will wake up that 5.9. I have the Quad/Adr on mine and it's already a beast. I haven't touched injectors yet. But listen to these guys though. A good pump like a FASS or Air Dog is going to be a must then make sure your tranny is going to support it. Your going to love the Cummins man, stop worrying about the Stroke.
