I got a 1991 f250 4x4 and I wanna put semi wheels and tires on it but I don't know how big of a lift to get or where. If any of you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I dont recommend anything over 35".........I run the 19.5 tires and wheels and have a payload of 6400 lbs per wheel and get 115,000 miles per set

Alright well another question I got is would a levelin kit clear 35's

 

The rears should be no problem at all but the fronts will be close. the good thing with the big truck tires is that they are not so wide, so turning clearance is not such an issue.

Don't know what you do with your truck as far as pullin but somethin to keep in mind here. The taller you go the higher your gearing becomes giving you less torque and power and this is multiplied by the fact that these wheels and tires are heavy. If I remember right mine weigh in about 115 pounds per corner and that's with 19.5's that are 33 inches tall.
