Default timing chart

Ok all the timing charts I've seen stop at 16 degrees from what I've seen they all go up 1./2 degree for every tenth of a mm is that consistent all the way up or is there a chart out there that will give you the lift for higher then 16 degrees I want to change my timing but want a bit more then 16.5
