2000 5.9 lift?

i would like to geta lift for my 2000 5.9 cummins is extended cab 4x4 but all i a find isa 2 in. anyideas?

I assume its using the high pressure piston pump and not the low pressure diaphragm pump? Cummins's specs for each. high idle no load, minimum pressures:
diaphragm pump - 5psi
Piston pump - 18psi
