if you get the sct and you buy custom tunes can you buy tunes from different companies?

Yes , there are a lot of people ,or companies making custom tunes. Do some research , and decide what you're planning on do with your truck as well as any mods your truck has . Then decide who you want your tunes from , contact them , and they will be able to e-mail them to you . It's that easy . Alot of bombers suggest Eric @InnovateDiesel

actually I was planning on getting in contact eric. I was also looking at some stuff that elite has. I like elite's full fuel tune. But I like the xstreet and race. I don't know. there are so many tunes and I can only hold 3 haha.

Go with the TUNES FROM ERIC You'll wonder why you waited so long. The Extreme Tunes are the BEST. Your truck will be happier with TUNES FROM ERIC.

nothing is 100% safe for your truck. they have tunes that are supposed to be safer for your truck. but pretty much from what ive heard if you go with extereme tunes you probably should be planning on headstuds

well i kind of just relized that my question was not answered completely I was wondering more if I could get a tune from say eric and one from elite or something?

o. so theres really no way around head studs n getting rid of the egr if your expect the truck to be realiable if its tuned. hurts they wallet .

yeah you can buy just a single tune and put it on your tuner you can mix and match from who ever you like....
