Bully Dog GT
Hi All,
Wondering if someone might be able to help me out, I just bought the Bully Dog GT tuner here on the weekend, install was easy...... SSHHHH just dont tell the dealer, I was able to install it so if it ever had to go to the dealer they wouldn't know! But besides that.
My ride is a 2006 Dodge 2500 SLT quad cab long box.
My question is, I'm trying to set up the Driving Coach, for some reason it seems to take forever for it to change, it is always reading Fail, yet Sunday when I took it for a drive I was up to A then I shut the truck down, for a minute and then started back up and it went back to reading Fail. Plus how do I know what my true mileage reading is?? It was bouncing around like crazy today as high as 68mpg which I dont think is right, my console reading is 23mpg which is up from before I installed the unit best was 20.5mpg.
This unit is new to me, plus all my buddies don't have a clue, they just said I didnt go wrong with the Bully Dog.
I don't want horse power, I just want better Fuel Ecomy.
Regards,
Rob
