Default need help guys

my poor old gmc has a problem, a lot like me. we go into limp mod past 65mph , boost set at 10-11 lbs , dont use vacum at all have spring kit- 20% over turbo-new heads pump-injectors – map sensor why???

Well first sorry mr. Evil I am new at this. It’s a 98 GMC with a 6.2 military block, 6.5 heads [ German ] turbo has a impeller change will do 20% over stock. Injector pump stock, e max tork spring kit on waste gate [dump at 11 holds 10 lbs] stock ECM new map, stock injectors. It retards the injector pump after 65 mph till I shut it off to reset. E max has a ECM 596$ stock 180$ do I need the e tork oh it has new injector brain after market.
