Wifes does it from time to time in the winter... Spray all the lock parts with some lube and it will be fine. I pulled the plastic cover off and greased everything to make sure.

I know, its the same thing chelseas does. More so in the winter. Clean in there often and thats about all you can do. Need to keep the works greased is all I do for hers.

ok,..i pulled the handle and the plastic from the inside of the window,...greased everything up,...then noticed i broke 2 of the frigg'n clips off the plastic...

still did the sticking...i ended up having to loosen up the latches on the body and slide them down as far as theyd go (not much, just a "c" hair)...now it seems to open alot easyier...it was the whole glass door was dragging on the latches...

2 years of dicking with that damn thing, and i finally got it!!!

It sounds like you were just misaligned. I replaced all my exposed bolts that hold the pin guides for the individual doors with stainless steel hardware too. Mine opens up really nice anytime. I did learn one year that I shouldn't have forced the window up too high and I blew out the struts. MAN, is that thing heavy without the struts doing work!
