Default Potential HP from a DT466

I know there's lots of post out there about the massive power you can get out of a DT466, but I'm inquiring to find out where I could stand with my DT.

I have a '95 International 4900 with the DT466 and the PES6P pump factory speced at 250hp. I'm just looking for an estimated HP number I could expect if I were to do these simple mods:

1. Run a #0 fuel plate full fwd
2. Move Aneroid full fwd
3. Couple clicks on governor springs
4. Advance timing
5. Staight Pipe

Thanks in advance

More like about 280-300hp. Honestly. The tork will make the biggest jump, and will be at 800 or more. The pumps in the IH's arent very big. The Cummins 8.3 would be around 350hp with all the free BOMBs. To get more, you have to take the pump to a shop, or make some upgrades yourself(delivery valves and/or holders). Be careful about getting too much timing. The headgasket can be prone to popping if you go past 19*. I run around 21 in the one I drive. The upper rpm sure is great that way though. This one started at 230hp.
