heres a few pics of my buddys 92 W250 its got a 12v that runs awsome and a getrag. the truck aint never seen a winter and its only got about 70k miles on it, check out the custom exhaust by yours truely, its the stock tailpipe off my truck it actually worked out really well, the stock hanger on it lined up with a hole in the frame perfectly, its solid as a rock and sounds good too
